Have you ever looked back at something you desperately wanted and realized that not getting it was actually a blessing?
Maybe a job, a relationship, a move, or a financial opportunity didn't work out when you expected. Share an experience where a delay, rejection, or unexpected turn ended up leading you to something better.
Do you believe life's timing is wiser than our own?

I believe that God's timing and protection is better than anything we could think of. God bless.

Oh, yes. A perfect example comes to mind. Last September we were set to go on a cruise to Canada. One of the stops was Prince Edward Island, a place my sister and I had always wanted to go. It was me, my dad, stepmom, sister, and her family. We had saved up, planned for a year. We drove the four hours the night before to be at the airport early the next morning. Then, that night before, all flights were canceled. Turns out a fiber optic cable at the airport had been cut, and no one could go anywhere. There were no flights to our port of call, and we were grounded.
Everyone was upset, and the kids cried. But two things happened. I had been in the ER twice the month before. I was so sick I had barely any energy. Also, two days later my BIL had a work emergency and no one was there to handle it.
Fast forward to this year, and we are going on that cruise next month. I feel good, and my BIL trained someone else to cover for him in emergencies. God knew what He was doing. He knew far better than I.
