Before I sat down to eat, I started the laundry, and medicaded my husband. While explaining to him why we need to go shopping today. Most of the time he doesn't ask why, he just agrees to go. Today was one of those days where he asked me why we were going shopping. Although he wants to buy a new package of underwear today, because he agreed to go yesterday. The fun life I lead.

Sounds like you got a lot done before you even sat down lol. Funny how he questions it one day and not the next, guess it depends on his mood. At least he's on board for the underwear run, that's a win in my book.

You have to remember, he had a stroke, he has gaps in memory and thinking. Not enough to affect daily life, yet, but enough where he'll forget things that aren't important to him.
