Peeling Off Lumpia Wrappers

My mom decided to prepare a lumpia to store in the refrigerator so we can easily fry it anytime we want one, so she asked me to peel off the wrappers that I really love to do.
I also chopped onions, carrots, signkamas, celery, and them mixed it with 2 eggs, pepper, salt, cornstarch, and of course ground pork, and then mixed them all well and get tiny portion and put it in the wrapper.
Do you love Lumpia? I like it so much.

Why? Its easy to prepare and store it in the fridge for weeks, and just fry a little it you are too tired to cook meals.

Yes we eat lumpia too in Indonesia. It is very popular. In my province the most populer is lumpia of bamboo shoot
