Did I make another wrong choice?

Two people inquired about the renting space. The first one planned to set up a fry's kiosk and spoke with my mom, but—or so I thought—never came back. Then, yesterday, someone else inquired; this person worked at a bank and wanted to set up an ATM there. I left a contact number so they could reach my mom. However, I forgot that my mom no longer answers calls due to the AI ??hacking issue—even I don't take calls anymore. As it turned out, the first inquirer came back, and it was too late by the time I mentioned the second person who had asked about the space. I’ve made mistakes in choosing tenants before—like the one who didn't pay rent for six months. I’m really not good at picking tenants. I just hope this new one turns out to be reliable.
