Binat! I got binat in english it means relapse. Lesson learned, if you got 38.9 fever, you should rest the entire week until next week, if you feel a little better, don't get fooled by it, don't go back to work, don't ever work at home, even washing the dishes, just get rest well. So I was absent again here in myLot simply because I got relapse. And the doctor said to rest again. Do you also got binat? I am so sad, I throw up and got severe headaches, slight fever. But I am glad I feel better now. All my plans was ruined, I was not allowed to go to the ministry, and last night I was not allowed to watch the ballet, where my sister and her friends went. I really feel bad. Does it happened to you? Did you overwork yourself that you got sick again and ruin all your weekends plans?

I actually don't have time for rest when I'm sick. I remember august of last year, I got high fever and I thought it was dengue. Hubby was at some provincial trip and daughter was at dorm. Only my son and me. I still have to prepare for my son. I force myself to eat. I was willing to go the ER but no one was there for me,so I took my meds religiously

You were not allowed to watch the ballet? By who, the doctor? It is very true, you definitely have to wait to recover completely before doing anything you used to.

I may have, but I don't think it was too bad.

Rest and time have proven themselves to be the best healer many times for me, and I always get all of the rest, regardless of how long it takes my body to recover, before I resume my life again. I relapsed once, and that taught me a lesson. I hope that you feel better soon.

I am glad that you are feeling better. You have to let your body rest when you are sick. If you don't give your body good rest it will automatically take it. That sounds like what happened to you.

Yes. It happened recently. Just a couple of weeks ago. I didn't fall ill physically. I was mentally tired. I took leave from mylot for a few days. Now I'm back here.

That's such a hard lesson to learn, but resting properly now is really the right move. Relapsing because you pushed too soon happens to a lot of people, so don't feel too bad about it. Glad you're feeling a bit better, just take the full rest this time and don't rush back.
