What is a biscuit if it's not...

Some people like their biscuit to be sweet. Others like theirs to be salty. While many others want it buttery or spicy . The manufacturers know it well and produce biscuits to meet the demand. For me, I prefer biscuits baked by local bakeries. They have a flavour of their own. I like biscuits with crunchy bite. And so. I want them to contain nuts, ground nuts or cashew nuts. Almonds are rather expensive in these parts. So, I don't find any biscuit with almond in local shops. Someone knowledgeable said, brand biscuits contain harmful elements. However, I can't totally avoid brand biscuits. What is your favourite choice of biscuits?

local bakery biscuits really do hit different, theres just something about that homemade crunch. nuts in biscuits sound so good honestly, wish almonds werent so pricey where you are. i cant totally quit the brand ones either, they just too convenient sometimes lol

I like what we call no bake cookies (biscuits to others). They have cocoa, oats, sugar, and you put them out on a baking sheet to dry and form. They are delicious.I have never seen them sold, just made from scratch at home. My mom made them a lot growing up. People at church bake sales always asked for her to make them.

my dad has high blood sugar, hence we avoid sweet or salty biscuits, we mostly get fibre rich biscuits
