What would you put in a packed lunch ?

We are having a day out on Saturday .....more about that later .....but I am thinking of getting a packed lunch ready for us both as we are going to an event and the food , usually burgers, hotdogs etc, is always very expensive. So for us I am thinking of including..... Meat baps Crisps Fruit A drink Small pork pie Taking some biscuits for on the way .... So , my question is .... What would you put in a packed lunch ?

Is a grilled cheese on the agenda? I like a grilled cheese with Muensters cheese, and maybe a plum. Or a prune if you don’t want to mess with a plum. Do not ask me where this lunch request idea came from. Maybe some almonds too?

@AmbiePam. I hope you would have more than grilled cheese and a prune ! It wouldn't keep me going all day ! Grilled cheese sounds a great addition though x

@traceyjayne A broad selection of cheeses, chutneys and breads. Ham and mustard sandwiches, a little macedonia of fresh fruit in a not too sweet dressing, some nice fresh pastries, a bottle of champagne and a bag of oats for the horse.

I would pack a lot of sandwich probably sausage or tuna. Fruits and drinks and chips
