Gammon, egg and chips ....with brown sauce

I just fancied this for a late lunch today. ..
I used the last of the ham I had in the freezer. Two fried eggs, with dippy yolks and chips done in the air fryer
I had a dollop of brown sauce on the side too.
Delicious.
I could honestly just eat the dippy yolks and leave the white but that wouldn't be quite fair to the chicken would it !
What have you had to eat today ?

@xFiacre oh dear .....sounds like you are losing your mojo a bit ! ( I'm not really sure what a mojo is, or why you need one particularly......I'm sure we never had them in the good old days, and we seemed to function quite well ! )

Do you have tinned tuna or fresh.
I only have tinned these days as fresh tuna costs more than a house !
