Coffee and walnut cake …..said the judges !

Yes, this years Great British Bake Off has started. I love this programme. Firstly they had to make a chocolate and stout cake. Next, they had to make a Coffee and Walnut cake. This is something @xFiacre and myself mentioned earlier ….we love it. It’s one of the most popular cakes. Yes, I’m looking forward to this series …. Oh, and there is a new judge …..Nigella Lawson. Do you bake ? What’s your favourite cake ?

I used to love watching this show when it aired on regular television. Now, it airs on Netflix and I don’t have Netflix. My favorite thing to bake are snickerdoodle cookies because they were my mom’s favorite.

Oh I've missed this show so much, glad it's back. Coffee and walnut is such a classic choice, no wonder it's so popular. I don't bake much myself but I could eat a good carrot cake all day long.
