What's your favourite way to move your body and stay healthy?

It's been a long time since I achieved my 10K steps goal. I'm super happy that I did it today.  We have some space around the house, so it was very convenient to walk at my preferred timings. I didn't make it hard for myself. Instead, I split the 10K steps into three sessions. The first was in the morning, soon after I woke up. The second was in the evening, around 5 and the final one was after dinner.  Rather than doing it at one go, breaking it into doable chunks made it very easy. Since it happened naturally, I did not feel any pressure to complete it. Things may seem tough in the beginning, but when we make the path easier, the rest happens on its own. Do you walk too? I do not leave my apartment but I walk around it and into the kitchen and bathroom and around the rooms every day,

My favorite way to keep moving is simply to walk my dog. I’m limited due to my back and neck problems (car accident), but walking my dog keeps me moving. She motivates me to go further and further.

That's awesome, hitting 10k after a while off is no small thing. Splitting it into three walks is smart, feels way less like a chore that way. I mostly just try to move a little throughout the day, nothing fancy works best for me too.
