Resetting my old Chromebook.

She child has needed a laptop to do her school work on, and for some reason the old HP we set up for her wouldn't work. It says that I can't log into her school thing because the exisiting Microsoft account overrides the school one. After a week of fighting it, I remembered that I have a Chrome Book touchscreen 2 in 1 that I used for a couple years before I replaced it earlier this year, or last year. I can't remember. Anyway. I am resetting it for she child so she can use it. Its proving to be quite the headache. Wish me luck!
