How do you deal with such situations?

I'm talking about plans getting ruined, especially when you are not the reason behind it. How do you deal with it? I always practice yoga in the evening and I find that time most comfortable for me. I planned my schedule this way the other day. Get refreshed around 5:30 in the evening.  Go for half an hour walk after that. Rest and then practice yoga so that I can have an early dinner. This is how I planned it. But things went completely against my schedule due to various reasons. Because of others, my plans got disrupted.  I was deeply annoyed and sad. I couldn't take it very easily because I had prepared myself, put in so much effort, and was genuinely committed to my plans and goals. Yet, external factors disrupted everything in a snap. As a result, I had to skip my yoga practice and had my dinner very late after 8. Have you ever faced a similar situation? How did you handle such times? Image Courtesy: Google.

If it can't be helped I just go with it.

I try to roll with it so it won’t ruin my day/evening. I don’t want my mood ruined anymore than it has to be. It makes me look forward to the next time I try to get done what I want.

It can be very annoying, but in situations like this, I just try my best to find something else to distract myself from thinking about it.

Yeah this happens to me too, more than I like. What I do is just remind myself the day isn't ruined, only the schedule is, so I still try to squeeze in a shorter version later. Doesn't fully fix the annoyance but it helps me not carry it into the next day.
