Newspapers are piling up

I've recently taken an interest in novels, non-English ones. The vernacular language has not been getting my attention for almost two decades. I'd been watching Netflix, Prime Video or Sony Liv when free or reading novels in English or self help books or spiritual literature. AI has shown up AI shorts on YouTube. That's a catcher. But not for long. Originality disappears in the process. I was growing dependent on ChatGpt when I thought, I'll use it only when there's an emergency. Now, in the midst of all this,the newspapers are feeling left out. The other day, my sister got a pile, neatly tucked somewhere by me (to be surfed through at a later time) sold off to the kabadiwallah. I even wrote a poem trying to hide my inefficiency in reading. I am drawn to supplements and the puzzles the most apart from the Editorial column. Another pile is coming up. I have to do something. Make time for novels, MyLot, Prime and newspapers. Phew!!
