Longan

It is longan. Tropical fruit that so sweet and watery. The meat is so soft. The size is small. In Malaysia it is called eye of cat or mata kucing because the seed looks like a cat's eye. We call this fruit in Indonesia "kelengkeng". I ever read that there is longan plantation in Florida that owned by a vietnamese immigrant.

I prefer to eat "Duku" but lately it is not available in the market.

Longan is so good, love how juicy and sweet it gets when its fresh. Never heard the cat eye name before, that actually makes alot of sense looking at the seed. Didnt know Florida had a plantation for it, thats pretty cool honestly.
