Grocery Shopping done for the upcoming weeks

I was supposed to go with my sister for the grocery shopping, which we do often when we had to pick up pulses, sugar, rice & wheat in bulk. For rest, small packaged items, we generally order it online.
Buts somehow, I got stuck in the college. As a result, I couldn't go, instead mom went with sister. And they took more time as usual, and when they came back, I know why it took time. They went into the clothing section and bought few items, after trying them out, which obviously consumer more time.
Do you go for such shopping trips?

There are clothing departments in all of our major supermarkets but I rarely go unless I want something in particular. I am a person who bulk buys everything when on special offer then doesn’t have to buy things for months / years. I mean things like underwear / socks etc. I also bulk buy leggings and t shirts when on offer.

When we go grocery shopping we only go to the supermarket. But when we go shopping for clothes we go to the mall.
