I was told by my boss that she would tell the Kindercare Preschool in Petaluma,CA (the one I work at is in Rohnert Park, CA) about me. The text that I received during Bible study was from the Kindercare director here in Petaluma. She said: [i]]hi, stacey! my name is a.... and I'm the certer director at petaluma kindercare. i just wanted to introduce myself. thank you so much for coming to our center next week to assist us! i really appreciate it! i'm looking forward to meeting you![/i hope you have an amazing weekend! nicole sent me your email, i will send out the schedule and staff email on sunday. have you down for the same shift time that you had at RP if that works? let me know. ;) And yes, she did write it without any capital letters. I guess that was faster when texting. Whoo! I am going to be busy! I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

That is cool! I didn't know you worked for Kindercare. I sent my daughter there for almost 3 years, she loved it except for one time when she didn't get the right care there.

@xstitcher Thanks! I hope you do well with that. My daughter was 2 years old and we were potty training her. One afternoon I showed up a little early to get her and I am glad that I did. too! I walked in and she was on he cot severley crying. I asked her what was wrong and she said, "Hurts!" I could smell her diaper and I opened and she was blood raw! I cleaned her as gently as I could and put a clean diaper on her. I asked the new teacher I had never seen before ,"How long has she been this way?" She said, " Before lunch time we were outside and she went in her diaper instead of going to the bathroom." I was furious!!!! I immediatley took her to the pediatrtion where I was told that she had an infection now and I was going to have to keep her home keep her out of diapers put this medicated cream on her every 3 hours during the day. I called the director the next day and the teacher was fired. A month later when the infection cleared and I had found a new job I called back to Kindercare and was told by the new director that I was going to have to reapply and pay the fee like my daughter was new. She said that I had to because I willingly took my daughter out." I explained to her what had happened and she called her supervisor and I got my daughter back in. Basically Kindercare is great, but it was just that one employee.

I’m so glad you’re getting blessed with more work, and it sounds like this lady is really nice. Hopefully, these kids will be better behaved, but if not, remember at least they don’t have to go home with you!

Isn't the phone smarter these days? They automatically start with a capital letter after a full stop.
