Dear Ones,hope everyone is doing well. It has been a fantastic day. I was full of energy, still pain free, and able to be super active. I'm certainly never going to complain about that. All of those are wins. Beyond that I have worked on art, watched movies, and hung out with Courtney and Eli earlier. I will again when they get back from my mother in law's in a bit.

@AmbiePam I want that for you as well. The more you can reduce inflammation, that will certainly help a lot.

@jnrdutton Yep. They told me years ago after looking at my X-rays I was inflamed head to toe because I have an autoimmune disease.

That's so good to hear, sounds like today was a real win all around. Glad you got to be active and pain free and still fit in art and time with Courtney and Eli. Enjoy the rest of your evening when they get back.
