The Internet Really is a Wealth of Information

I have a trip coming up in about 24 days, so I'm starting to prepare for it. Not all airlines have the same baggage allowances (height, weight, depth, width) so I have to check with the airlines I'll be taking. And inevitably I don't remember what size my pieces of luggage are. I have a 3-piece set, so I call them Big Red, Medium Red, and Little Red. I was going to drag out my measuring tape last night but then it dawned on me that I could probably look up on the luggage manufacturer's website and get the exact dimensions of each. And I did! So now I have written the information down on index cards and will keep the index cards in the pieces of luggage for future reference. I must say I'm feeling like a genius!

Haha this is such a smart idea, why didn't I think of checking the manufacturer site before. Big Red, Medium Red and Little Red sound like they got personality of their own lol. Enjoy the trip, sounds like you're already ahead of the game with prep.

I bought my suitcase specifically because I looked up the measurements of what my airline counted as a carry on, and it matched the specifications of what the product page said. I didn’t want to have to worry about it later.

The airline websites are very helpful when it comes to that sort of thing. I found myself doing the very same thing before my first flight last spring.
