The Spooky Season is Upon Us.

We just spent the last half hour talking to the child about Halloween—what she and her boyfriend want to dress up as, what they want to do, etc. Apparently, his mom is going to take them to the “lakeyard” to do the houses around there and get some pictures. Then we’re going to pick them up and take them to one of the neighborhoods that goes all out for Halloween. They’re dressing up as Belle and the Beast, which should be really cute. Although I’m not sure who volunteered to be the Beast. We also have some really good friends who are doing a “haunted trail” instead of a haunted house, so I told them we’d take them one weekend. And there’s a nonprofit that puts on a big haunted Halloween event to benefit one of the kid-related organizations in the county, so we’ll take them to that too. So apparently, we have officially committed to a **very busy spooky season.** What was your favorite Halloween costume when you were growing up?
