My New Favorite Pre Made Protein "Shake"

I have tried many, many, MANY premade protein shakes, as well as the mixes. I still have several powders that I rotate through. But sometimes I just want a premade, ready-to-drink option. Because apparently, sometimes I don't want to play bartender for my protein shake. About a month ago, I saw the Nurri brand on the shelves at Walmart and decided I wanted to give them a try. I’m glad I did. They taste almost like Nesquik, or maybe a more “tastebud-friendly” milk product. I don’t know if that description does it justice, but it’s the best one I can come up with right now. My least favorite thing about just about every other protein drink—shake or otherwise—is that they tend to have that weird, chalky taste. Nurri doesn’t. No chalky aftertaste, no feeling like I just drank a glass of liquid sidewalk. That’s a win in my book. They come in three or four different flavors, which makes me happy too. I hate when companies go absolutely crazy and come out with nine million flavors, only for most of them to be subpar. This company seems to have stuck with a smaller selection and made the flavors they do have really well. It might not be the perfect protein “shake,” but for 11 ounces, I get 30 grams of protein, along with a bunch of other good stuff. There’s only 1 gram of sugar, and they’re lactose-free, which is helpful for a lot of people. I’m not lactose intolerant, but apparently lactose and my digestive system have their own complicated relationship. Have you heard of this premade protein shake? Do you have a favorite protein shake or ready-to-drink option? Tell me what you’re drinking!

I think this one you’re showing may be the only one I’ve tried. Oh, wait. I tried Muscle Milk. I found it disgusting. I only finished drinking it to keep from wasting money. Right now, I’m drinking Coke Zero. I’m hoping with drinking much less Coke my inflammation will be better.

I HATE muscle milk. I have a fun story about how gross they are. But it is not myLot appropriate. lol I have been drinking a lot less soda. We haven't been keeping it in the house.
