And Now I’m Crying

Well, that was certainly an unexpected thing for me to start crying
Earlier I had someone on a phone call say something smart-alecky to me and it hurt my feelings what he said wasn’t all that bad in and of itself but it was the fact that he always finds a way to try to hurt me
Then I had a phone call with the owner of the massage place where I had the incident where the massage therapist spit on me. It went well they’ve already refunded my money for that dates service and they’ve bought back the gift card that I had so I did not ask for any other sort of compensation. The owner expressed concern and he did apologize so I consider the matter finished.
But I guess just because of the anxiety of having to confront someone about something my stomach was in knots and now I’m crying.
I hate these anxious feelings of guilt for standing up for myself

Sometimes things can come to a head like that. I have a problem with an online service too which is very aggravating. I keep getting the same clueless guy to deal with. I am going to probably have to end up filing a dispute with the bank which is going to be a big inconvenience

You shouldn't feel guilty for standing up for yourself.

Just emotional feelings sometimes; they just come naturally. Anyway, I am glad everything worked out,
