Jam or cream on your scone first ?……

Scone as in bone for me too, and jam first then cream on top. Honestly though I agree, as long as it ends up in my belly I'm happy. Now I'm craving one with my tea lol.

I say scone as in bone, and if I ever hear an American say scone as in gone I will mock them mercilessly. That’s fine for people not from here, but we sound like posers when we do that. I haven’t had a scone in years, but I prefer a little cream. However, the last time I ate one (at Nonna’s Bakery) it only had raspberry jam (I think).

you there is a huge debate that is ongoing about whether it should be jam on first then the cream …..or ….cream on first then the jam. Lol I know some of our overseas chums are gullible But surely nobody will believe this Huge debate haha like as a nation out main worry is what goes on a scone first Never mind the small boats, dodgy Nigel or tiny Tot Tommy Robinson , and the latest terror plot, what's the etiquette when piling stuff on a scon or scone lol Let me add this to the mix Cut Scone in half On one half spread with Butter, then top with raspberry jam, home made of course On the other half spread it with butter and raspberry jam Apply cream to the top of both halves. Enjoy I might email Question time tomorrow and see if the panel will give their opinion although I rather doubt the Greens will eat butter or cream given they are all vegans only good at causing havoc with jobs on this relentless charge to net zero
