It is true!

I had this theory several years ago that my sleepless nights was due to someone making me feel bad. For the past couple of weeks, I had been really sleeping so well. I was well rested, I slept early and would wake up at my usual time feeing good. But then last night, it's like a switch was turned off. Somebody made me feel so bad that I couldn't sleep at all. I watched Sugar on Apple TV until sleep finally caught on me. I woke up way too early because i still feel really bad and couldn't make myself go back to sleep. What makes you stay up so late?

I’m not really sure what makes me stay up so late. Pain, recently back pain (from my previous car wreck) for sure, but sometimes my mind just won’t quit thinking about everything I need to do.

Ugh that is the worst. I wonder how it feels for others who can go around hurting others and sleep. It would keep me up all night knowing I hurt someone else’s feelings. It keeps me awake as well when I am upset.
