Do You Keep Any Kind of Journal?

I don’t keep a journal of my thoughts like a diary, but I do have to keep several journals to keep track of things
For instance, one is a headache journal my neurologist wants me to keep track of what dates and times I have headaches or migraines how long they lasted what triggered them what I took for them and if what I took relieved it
I’m still working out which format I like best to track this information
What do you track, if anything?

@looeyville I do keep a sort of journal. I write down any genius thoughts or observations that my brain produces, but that’s a rare happening so most of the book remains unscribbled on.

I kept a gratitude journal for a long time. At the end of every day I’d write down the things in the day I was grateful for. Like my dad and stepmom, a good parking space at the store, my salvation…things like that. It helped me a lot when my mom was sick.

No journals here
Never really thought about it
Recording your headaches etc is a good idea might show a pattern
