Have you heard about the Japanese Cockroach Style?

It's lifting up both hands and feet when lying on your back at the time when you aren't getting sleep. When I read about it I got the scientific reason. Blood goes to the heart making it work better which supplies oxygen to the brain and you get sleep. Why is it termed as Japanese Cocroach style and not Chinese, Carribean, Taiwanese, Egyptian style, I have no idea. So I looked up the net to know more about it. The Japanese name for it is 'Gokiburi Taiso' One thing is clear; you work better only when you get proper sleep.

I have to admit, no matter what it is referring to, if I hear the word “cockroach”, I get grossed out.

Hehe...once you try it out the grossness of the sound of the word will disappear. I think remembering it by the Japanese name will be better.
