Misunderstanding

Chatting often make some misunderstanding. When we write in WhatsApp there is no tone, gesture or expression. No wonder that some people often prefer calling to texting. In certain condition I ask permission to call when I have to explain something to avoid misunderstanding. Have you ever had misunderstanding because of texting?

I have had difficulty understanding context with texts. It is very hard to determine sometimes how someone intends their words to come across.

Yes, many times honestly. A simple "ok" can sound so cold when you read it without the tone. Now I just call when it's something that matters.
