Have Russia weaponised The Plague?

Interesting one over in Siberia. A lab technician has allegedly died of Pneumonic plague at a bio lab, a 100% killer if untreated. In the Cold War, this lab mentioned, worked on bio weaponry. If the Russians have have weaponised this disease with an aerosol spread we are 100% flucked! Its supposed to be a vaccine centre now. They may need to develop one if this takes hold somehow. 35-60% of Europeans were killed by The Black death in the years of 1300. The plague is treatable and endemic in some countries. Its around 200 deaths per year. Its spread from rats and rodents. Like Rabies, we know enough about it to deploy antibiotics as a cure, if you catch it in the fist 24 hours or so. The worry is that the Russians were working on a weapon, hence 200 people quarantined. This is news because people don't believe a young lady dropped a test tube with the plague in it. If the 200 start dying we have a massive problem. They are making all the cover up noises China did. thye say her death was not the Plague Russians say ...".She died of "pneumonia of unknown origin," Rather counterintuitively the higher the death rate from a pathogen crisis the quicker its shutdown and stopped .People in the area are scared and do as they are told. Covid killed millions as it was just a 2-3% killer and people thought well I'm young, its only killing the old, Ill go about my normal sh*t, it wont kill me... And so they did and Covid ran riot through the old and vulnerable. It killed 350,000 Brazilians, 500,000 Mexicans and1.2 million Americans, for example. I don't see a threat from Russia. No one would be stupid to invent a 100% killer that has no cure. Its like the Hantavirus scare. Internet conspiracy theorists called that rat virus 'the next big one, deployed to kill people so Big Pharma could make millions from a vaccine. Its the world we live in and people will hype this threat up to get internet traffic to their social media accounts to monetise it.

Honestly I think the cover up noises are what make people nervous, even if its probably just a lab accident. The plague is treatable with antibiotics so I dont see it turning into the next big thing. Still, 200 people in quarantine is kinda scary, hope they all stay healthy.

100 percent kill rate so 20 billion antibiotics would be needed
