Well, Sunday again. / myLot

Another day, another race. George and I slept in a bit and George got his meds a little late. Nothing to bad, but once in a while we do sleep in a bit. We're allowed. It's part of life, when you've been retired enough. My daily routine always revolved around my husband, evem mow, it still does. But with him retired scheduling is a lot more open. I can make an appointment a year from now, and it's fine. It's another race so that's the plan for today. Monday and Tuesday promise to be sunny, so that's something to look forward to, too.

Sleeping in once in a while is totally fine, you earned it. Having that open schedule must feel really nice after all those working years. Hope the race is a good one and enjoy the sunshine on Monday and Tuesday.

And I keep remembering that annoying line that teachers always came up with just before Columbus Day In 1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue. That line got old after some years. Anyway I hope you both have a good evening and a great start to the new week,

Its funny because most of the reaces we watch are dirt track races and that is a Saturday thing, except allt he tracks near us are closed because of intense damage due to the hurricane.

Yeah. George likes those, too but not like he likes his Sunday thing. He needs something to look forward to. Especially now that he's been retired four years this december.
