A Very Good Suggestion / myLot

I had told you earlier that I had rented a corner of my shop to a boy who had s tea stall there. He's a good ,hard working boy and is making a good income there. Now my father wants me to rent another corner to another guy who wants to have a sweets corner there.. If I rent the corner to the guy?, it would be another source of income for me. I had decided to rent to that person.. My father, when he was young, was an experienced and successful businessman I have decided to accept his suggestion.

It certainly wouldn’t hurt to do so, and if it didn’t work out you wouldn’t have to let him stay forever. But in the meantime, it will be nice for you to have extra income.

Thank you. I'm sure it would work. The man who wants to have a sweet stall there is a middle aged man and he knows how to run a business. He has another shop in the town and it is run by his son.He is a in rich man. I'm sure the shop will run.

Sounds like a smart move, especially since the tea stall is already doing well. Your dad has been through it all in business so his advice counts for a lot. Hope the sweets corner brings in good money too.

Thank you. The man approached my father with the suggestion. He has a successful business in another shop in the town. He knows the art of running a successful business. He will start his new business this very week.
