I was outside reading, when my tech-savvy neighbor came by and started up the stairs. He said he had a monitor that might fit my computer (though I'm not sure why he said that, because my monitor's fine) then he came back down with a hard drive in his pocket that he wanted to see whethter or not would fit in my computer tower, so he took a cover off my tower, and the one he had wouldn't have fit. Then he started talking about fixing my T.V., which hasn't worked for months, and asked where the remote was. I.Haven't.The.Slightest.Idea. I haven't been able to use the T.V. for months, so I haven't a clue what became of the remote--which is only like five inches long anyway and is ridiculously hard to find when I want to find it. So, he said when I found it to let him know and he would see what he could do about the T.V. I'll try to do an hour of cleaning in upcoming days. It's either on my catch-all table somewhere or in one of the bags of things that I took off of the catch-all table. I notice that when I make a concentrated effort to find something, I don't find it, but when I just happen to move something out of the way the thing I'm looking for will often be under it. I am not going to go nuts looking for the silly thing. I would like to have a T.V. again, but it's not at the top of the priority list. I told him that I was watching some retro things on You Tube, and he said if that was working for me it was fine. I do, however, need to get rid of some stuff, so the junk on the table will go into bags and get gone through. I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!
