Firefighters in Rose Township Ohio answered an emergency call on Sunday night where a man who was working in a farm suffered an injury when he was atop of a grain silo.
First responders from nine area Carrollton area agencies teamed up for a rescue mission using a ladder truck and rigging ropes to rescue the injured man who was on top of the grain silo.
The injured man was caught up in an auger system on top of the silo when a Carroll County Sheriff's deputy was the first person to apply a tourniquet to stop the bleeding.
Then the Canton Fire Department Technical Rescue Operations Team rigged ropes to rescue the man and take him down to the ground where a medical helicopter was waiting to take the injured man,
But since the helicopter could not fly due to the bad weather conditions, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) employees took the injured man to a local hospital where his condition was not released to the public.
Hopefully the injured man will make a full recovery from his injuries.

Good thing he had his phone with him. I am assuming he was the one who called.

Sure hope he'll be OK. Some of these stroies remind me of the TV show Emrgency which I am presently binge watching,
