Good morning Oct. 17

Windy and chilly out there as predicted for today. It rained a lot last night..and once again I slept really well. I got another 7 hours plus. I am thrilled! Plus the scale was kind to me this morning, and for that I am quite grateful. I have been working diligently to cut calories though..so yay me! 
Anyway, toast and yogurt this morning. I can't remember the last time I had toast as a featured breakfast dish. It has been a long time. Sometimes I will have a piece of two if I am having eggs..but that is the only time. I had the rest of the jar of mulberry jelly I bought last year with it. I really like that..if I ever see it again..I will order. I have other jellies though, when I need some maybe I will look for mulberry online. How is your morning going?

Good morning and congrats on the weight loss.
We had a cold night, not sure how low it got, but this morning when I went shopping, there was a very light frost on the roofs of the homes, and the car registered the outdoor temperature as 4C. However, the sun is shining, it is nice and still out and actually a beautiful day.

Nobody has mentioned frost here,,bringing in plants or anything..but I am sure it will happen sooner or later

It is slow here this morning as well, and I don't mind a bit. It is cozy in here, and everything is quiet..Everybody seems to be staying home this morning.
