Moms famous roast dinner was mine today …..

So, you will remember that I was staying at my Moms all last week as she has been proper poorly.
I came home last night and she got her own tea ….today is Sunday and we go round to her house for one of her now famous Sunday roast dinners.
Except that today it was too much for her to stand and cook and she wanted to stay at home , so I cooked the roast dinner today.
We had roast pork, roast potatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, gravy and apple sauce.
For dessert we had Tiramisu …shop bought.
Obviously not as good as Moms but a delicious roast dinner all the same.
