With Halloween coming up in a couple of weeks, there are pumpkins everywhere ….
I’ve never really been into the pumpkin carving thing, however, I do like pumpkin cake and soup.
Here’s where I need your help ….
I am looking for pumpkin recipes ….for soup, cakes / muffins and any other pumpkin recipes that may be your favourites ….

In my country we often make "kolak",
You boil water and put the slice pumpkin in it. Add pandanus leaves and red or palm sugar, vanilla some salt. Whet the pumpkin is well cooked/soft you add some coconut milk. Ready to serve. You can add ice tube for a hot day

I like pumpkin soup when I go on a cruise I think it’s Moroccan pumpkin soup

Pumpkin soup is my go to this time of year, I just roast the pumpkin first with some garlic and onion before blending it. It makes it taste so much richer. Pumpkin muffins with a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg are really good too, hope you find some nice recipes here
