Hello, I am back here. I worked for 18 months, and recently they told me they no longer needed me. I forced myself to work 8 or even 10 hours a day until I ended up in the hospital. I called an ambulance several times; now I am burnt out. I won't be able to look for another job or work for the next few weeks, or even months. I really wanted to work for another two months, but my brain just stopped me. I was so anxious that I had a panic attack that lasted for over an hour. I worked 7 days in a row and didn't have the energy to be active here. I missed being here. I think AI replaced my job. What have you been up to?

Sorry you had to go through all that; I have been fighting my anxiety a good deal of my life and find that i can handle it well if I just stick to a certain routine. That, of course, is different from what happened at your work. Will you be looking for another job after you recover?

Working such long hours, seven days in a row, must have taken a terrible toll on your health. I hope you're able to get some proper rest and recover before thinking about finding another job.

Sorry you went through all that, burnout is no joke and your body was clearly telling you to stop. Please give yourself real time to rest before even thinking about the next job. Glad you're back here, we missed you.
