Another debt gone.

One of our biggest debts is behind us because George agreed to settle. I am thankful I don't have to worry about it anymore. It's been paid, bills have been paid, and we can move forward with our lives. George is happy, too.
He seems to be in a good mood and that's all anyone can ask for.
This morning he was talking about some more concreate to our front yard somehow. I'm not sure what he actually wants, so I'm not doing the research on it. I don't want to spend what's left of his anunity payment if I don't have to. I'll make one more transfer for this years home owners insurance payment, and that'll be it.

Own free and clear. and I have never missed a property tax or home owners insurance payment.

@thislittlepennyearns I don't want to do that, a decoration, maybe, something small, but I don't want to turn our lawn into a huge oven.

Yeah I agree. That's why I didn't say 'no' I just said, I didn't understand. He says our Neighbor, Tom, has something simular that he's interested in.
