What was life like in the 90s?

The period of transition from VHS to CD's to DVD's. From cassette tapes to CD's.
Nirvana, anyone? Tupac Shakur, Notorious B.I.G. Oh and the Spice Girls!
Dial-up internet? Netscape Navigator?
The Gulf war!

As a young married mother, I was busy raising my family, while we also learned computers, through night classes at the college as well as from my husband's employer. It was a time of change. As the new millennium drew near we all feared Y2K and the possibility of computer causing malfunctions. And yes, dial up internet.

Oh yes, that Y2K bug. I remember that I turned my computer on at midnight.

Hey, someone else that remembers the 90’s ….i remember cassette tapes , recording music from the radio onto them….oh and dial up internet !
