What's for din? October 21, 2026

Tonight we did the ribs that I took out and thawed yesterday. Cooked them on the grill and made plenty of sides to go with them. Made roasted garlic buttery potatoes, shells and cheese, green beans, garlic bread and hushpuppies. Of course he child isn't here tonight, so there will be PLENTY of leftovers. So that's what is for dinner tonight. What did you have?

I had hummus and lamb kabob, baked chicken in a sun dried tomato sauce with a sweet potato patty and zucchini, and a fruit plate. Here is a picture of the hummus and lamb.
