I made the mussels risotto and it is slowly simmering. I should be there, turning a spoon. But I added more liquid (white wine, all the liquid from the mussels and some water) and here I am, hoping the it will simmer and not burn. Tomorrow Martín announced visit. am making more risotto so that we could eat that tomorrow. Today I´ll just taste it. II´m not hungry. I bought some salami and I can´t leave it alone. I gave some money to the senior home so that they save me a nice room. And Dixie is asking for other things too. I prefer to give them to my dear friends than to receive a few coins for them. See you. I have to run ??? to the kitchen.
