Fried rice and raw shallot

Hello all I think not all people like it but some people in my country including me like it so much. When we eat fried rice we often add sliced vegetable and cucumber. But I also like to eat raw shallot when I enjoy fried rice. It is little bit stink so I have to brush my teeth soon. But I like the the strong taste so much.
