Finally some relief .

Well kind of . My knee and down on my right leg are still about to drive me mad with pain. So there is no relief there. However , the pain in my lower back has eased up a little and is no longer making it so I have to pace. While I would much rather be pain free, I know that is not practical. Instead I will take the small win- even as insignificant as it is. Enjoy this picture of the diner from last night.

I can understand those pain. My legs hurt less when I´m in bed, but I need to walk a little.

I know the feeling, I'm dealing with the same thing myself My legs hurt everyday after I sit down & when I can't get any relief I take a nap or go to bed depending on what time it is, if it's when I'm taking a break, I take a nap, if it's after I'm done for the day I go to bed for the night.
