Basically it wasn’t’ a good experience for me because this happened not only twice but two times in a row… I have a small property so the only vehicle that can be accommodated at our garage is just one vehicle so my folks have no choice but to put our spare car at the driveway since it’s already 5 years it’s fine to put it at the driveway near our fence than putting out our new one (which is here at the garage) and low and behold these pesky kids take the car cover out and put it in the streets! I can understand that as kids you need to let them explore things and make mistakes because it’s a learning curve for them to grow and to experience things in life however, there are parents who tolerate and make them spoiled brats to the extent that they are messing with someone’s property. I don’t get where the entitlement came from but I will surely settle this matter at their parents or the HOA if they pull this prank again.

That is very annoying. I think you can complain to their parents. If something damage, they have to pay for it, right?

Exactly! Really annoying but the thing is, I just recently seen those kids (I don't know if they just recently moved in the neighborhood) and I don't really mingle with my neighbors because I mind my own business but will just see about it. I'll keep an update here if they be doing that again.

@thelme55 I don't see my neighbors ever so often because they are all at work and most of my neighbors are old this is just very recently that I saw these kids. Good for you that you have cordial neighbors mine however are very much aloof haha.

@heaytheblogger We don’t mingle with our neighbours, too. We talk to them when we meet them accidentally but mostly we talk about the weather, nothing else.

Taking the car cover and dumping it in the street twice in a row is just rude, i can see why you're fed up... Hope the HOA sorts it out soon, those kids are straight up being nuisances fyi.

My parents live in a neighborhood where kids obey their parents, and respect the property of others. I live in a neighborhood where parents know how awful their children are, and still choose to do nothing about it.

unfortunately in this day and age some parents tolerate their children to do something that is unacceptable but I am hoping they would not do it again otherwise they will take the consequence. It's also recently i've seen those kids so maybe they just moved? Will see about it.

I know, maybe they weren't taught good manners from the very young age or probably got influence by peer pressure but I'll see what i can do. hopefully they won't mess our car cover again.
