How do you clear your mind after a stressful day? After spending hours in front of a computer screen my head felt completely overwhelmed and not going to lie, It’s tiring… I used to just scroll through my phone to relax, but I realized it actually made me feel more tired and restless during bed time.
But then again I had to come up to a plan to shift these bad habits and Lately, I’ve been trying to take a 20-minute walk outside without any headphones, and it really helps reset my focus. How do you recharge after a busy day? Do you prefer quiet time alone or spending time with family?

A nice walk is always a good way to clear your head. Sometimes I take my dog out on a walk so I can think of a bit more without distractions. Sometimes I also text a friend I haven’t talked to in a while as a reminder that there are more things in life than the things I have recently been distracted by.

That's nice that you are communicating with a dear friend in order to destress sometimes. Yes, having a ride or die would somehow help you get away from all those workful stuffs It's also a good way of venting some things in life rather than boiling it up on your own. For me a quick walk does really help out it's not just for the physical benefits but also for the mental calmness. What type of dog do you walk?

@AmbiePam Awe you describing it makes me think of how cute her little paws are when walking outside! I have a Shih Tzu's and a Frenchie but they are more homebuddies they don't like to walk lol.

Yes because we are commercially influenced by corporations that we need a device just to deflate from all the stress in life without even thinking that nature is the only and natural way to cope from all of these. Communing with nature helps one to get grounded it also helps to breath and have mental alertness without the need of a fancy headphones. How about you? How do you unwind from all the stress?
