It's a brand new day

It's 7:13 this morning, still in bed, temp around 24 degrees celcius, low 23 high 36. Woke up early, checked for online gigs, nothing, so I slid back to my lot. Quick replies, comments, notifications, just the usual.
Today’s Thursday, and we’ve got that environmental cleanup rule, so no opening till 10 a.m. Fine, I'll respect it. Kids are home, it's mid term break, peace and quiet everywhere, though no one really talks about the power issue anymore. Just me who keeps bringing it up.
Everyone else seems to have their own backup, so they're not bothered, but for me, it's constant adjusting, charging where I can, keeping an eye on gigs, and deciding if it's even worth speaking up about the power again. So yeah, just a slow morning, small updates, waiting for work, waiting for light, trying to stay patient.

I know what you mean, things happen in our lives that
over whelm us where we can't catch a break or get a grip.
I am dealing with that myself right now & just not sure
how to deal with the news I got the other day about my
health, If it's not 1 thing it's something else, I don't get it.

Sorry you're dealing with that, bad news about your health hits hard... Give yourself a day to just breathe before you decide anything, and write down your questions for the doctor so nothing slips by. A friend or family member in the room helps too, bc its easy to forget stuff when your head is spinning.

Maybe it's time you get your own backup?
