Go Away - "Away"

This is it. Go Away is officially going away. These things always do. We’ll finish with a band and genre that’s close to my heart - English post punk band, The Bolshoi.
The Bolshoi were one of those bands that were undervalued, even in post punk circles. They were popular with the goth crowd, but goths actually are a very small percentage of the music-buying public. Vocalist Trevor Tanner is a charismatic fellow who wrote interesting songs. And yet they managed only three studio albums during their time together (Tanner and keyboardist Paul Clarke now tour as The Bolshoi Brothers.)
“Away,” which has also been released as “A Way” at times, is from the band’s 1986 album, Friends. It reached #100 on the U.K. Singles chart. It was The Bolshoi’s biggest hit, and remains their signature tune.
