Sleepyhead is still in bed …..

Well, The Mister had to work a little later yesturday , as his work partner had to leave on Thursday to attend a funeral for his sister, so The Mister had to work with others….they were not so good or fast and it took them longer to get done what they wanted to do before leaving for the weekend.
Then he had a 6 hour drive home….i know that doesn’t sound much to some folks as they are used to living in countries where that’s the norm…but for here it’s not and it really takes it out of him.
He didn’t have a sleep when he got back as it was teatime and he was starving, so we just went straight to get fish and chips.
So he has stopped in bed this morning to catch up on his sleep.
I will leave it another half an hour then wake him.

Bless him, that is such a long drive. And it’s hard to work with people who don’t work as hard as he does, for sure. I hope his sleep is a good one.
Hopefully, I’ll get to pick up my dog today. My friend has not had time to meet me to hand over Sadie, and I really miss her. I was supposed to do it Tuesday, but that didn’t work out. I can’t wait to see that sweet little face.
