Hiding in plain sight I noticed one helper would complain about certain guests and shortly after, the guests would complain that something had been stolen. I knew the helper stole it, so set her up. I got counterfeit money from a police friend, left it on the dresser when I went out. My police friend was in the restaurant. I saw the helper go in, contacted him, and when she came out we were there. When the money was found on her she claimed it was her money. She was arrested and charged.
