The time change really messed us up.

Last night, or this morning, Daylightsavings time ended. The clocks went back, and George and I were affected. He almost missed his race, and he thought I missed his pill. (I hadn't) It got dark before six, and it feels later than the clock shows. Neither of us got outside today, and he almost watched two raceses.
My brain feels fried. I feel sore and tired. George is kinda quiet. I'm hoping tomorrow feels better, but I need to get through today, first. And, oh yeah we're supposed to get rain tonight.

That's why I dislike time change days.

George has been snoring for the last hour, and just woke himself up enough to move. I think he'll be okay.

Rain and gray days, and it will take me at least a week before my body adjusts to the time change. I hate all this, but there is nothing to be done about it, Just to keep me realizing the change is here I do not change the LED clock by my bed, That way I can look see say it's 8 AM and know it is only 7 AM. Somehow being aware of all this also helps,

Years ago, George and I found a clock radio that changes the time every year like computers and phones do. It was a god send when he was working, especially when he did closes.

You're not the only one. There has been a bill in congress making the rounds. No one can agree on weather it should stay or go. Ie, the clocks no longer change twice a year.
