Oh Spit. My band mate broke his hip.

We switched our practice days from Monday to Tuesday. This morning I received an email from our Fearless Leader. He somehow managed to break his hip on Halloween. Surgery is today. No practice tomorrow. He said he might be ready by the 10th. I said don't rush. I hope the surgery goes well. I'm guessing "non-displaced fracture." I am not sure what they do for that. I'm sure I'll learn.

Breaking a hip on halloween is just brutal luck... hope the surgery goes smooth for him. i like that you told him dont rush, he'll prolly heal quicker with zero pressure ngl.

OUCH sounds painful, I hope all will go well for him and putting him in my prayers, I looked this up and if it is what you mention, then it says this one does not need surgery and can heal well on its own,
