Magazine subscriptions how often do you prefer to receive them?

I've been thinking about the different subscriptions I've had over the years, now I'm rethinking one of my weekly ones (which costs the most) and have been months behind on reading. And well behind on most. But it got me thinking about how years ago I got The Economist and Game Informer (back when GI was owned by Gamestop and free with membership) and afterwards fell behind on Economist and the price was getting high so canceled.
Currently I have subs to The New Yorker (weekly) , Harpers (monthly), and Foreign Affairs (bi-monthly) and while behind on all I'm thinking of canceling the weekly New Yorker, been liking Harpers, and while Foreign Affairs can be dense reading it's informative. My goal I think was to have a mix of casual reading with Economist style reading but for less than half the cost of The New Yorker I can get Harpers, Foreign Affairs, and even another monthly.
How about you? Which magazines do you subscribe to, how often do you receive them, how many are in your backlog to read, and what would you do in my case?

I stopped all my subscriptions years ago as I hadn’t the time to read them. It was costing a lot of money for magazines to sit on the table ….
